    Have you had a current you can't finish your workout in as its just too deep. You swim and swim but can't finish that workout. Sometimes at that point it's better to go swimming in the mud pit.

    You've gotta be mindful not to finish swimming in the current before it runs its course. That's generally where you run into anemones.
