Maybe they'll dust off a rarity iin preparation for playing it at GCF? Maybe something like Footsteps, or something. A man can dream, can't he?

I don't think it'll be something they've already played. So, it'll have to be something that is new or some cover of a song that's totally appropriate for the Global event.

We can only dream about a new song!

PS (For some reason, I don't like the new smilies.)

I think the Lightning Bolt era has ended. So judging by the few times they have played for TV without a record to promote, it will either be an unreleased song or a cover.
My best guess, or hope, goes to "Of the Earth!" What could be more appropriate for a Global Event?! Although they would probably have to trim away the middle portion for time constraints.

Kendrick got 6 and a half minutes the other night. I'm sure Pj can get that.

That being said, I bet they do a cover.

    Thinking along these lines, too.

    That performance was AMAZING!

    You beat me to it

But, I'll take a new song

god, I hope not. but it's my bet. the LB era hasn't ended. the SA tour for LB is right around the corner. and I don't think they'll play Ole on an American TV show to pander to the SA crowd.

totally fuck with everyone. play Happy When I'm Crying. or Last Soldier.

That list I'll go with Sirens. Hoping for a new song tho
Thank you fellow 10 clubber for saving my ass....again!!!
  • would be huge letdown if anything off LB. Either a new song, Of the Earth, or a classic that blows the roof off the joint.

Please, they've played Of the Earth what...4-5 times in total? Zero chance that happens. Besides, it's too long of a song anyways for a 3-4 minute late night spot.
It'll be a LB song no question. My money is on Sirens.
