    Kitten woke me up at 3:30am this time. Just jumped right on my chest. Total sneak attack. Now she's gone again. Until she returns at some point to claw at my feet, which will probably be around 4:30 or 5:00. She's pretty punctual.

    Getting ready to go hang out with a friend. Totally crazy, I knew this girl in JOPLIN, and now she lives in COS.. Totally crazy! Ran I go her at my work the other day! Was such a shock to see her and her husband walk through those doors!!

    Just finished with the last bit of work. Had to put in extra time as I took Monday off for another long weekend. About to go pack as I'm taking the kids to Tombstone. If you like old west history that place rocks as they tried hard to keep most of it the same as it was when Wyatt Earp was roaming the streets.

    I just spent the weekend in a western themed town...well, it was an old mining town, and the first American western novel (The Virginian) is based off that town.

    If you are interested in the Wyatt Earp/Doc Holliday story, you may enjoy a book called Doc by Mary Doria Russell, a great author. rgambs and I had a discussion about it a few months back but it was on AMT so you might have missed it. It is fictionalized but meticulously researched.
