    Getting ready to go ask for a discounted rate at the hotel we are staying at. Their key card system isnt working. The front desk person has to go let you into your room. My son about pee'd his pants waiting after we wanted back in from the pool. The front desk person had a line of check ins so we had to wait 20 minutes. Not really their fault but damn this is getting old. We were going to go watch the sunset (we are in the middle of the desert and it looked to be gorgeous) but didn't as we didn't want to go through the hassle of getting back into out room again. Its that reason I want a discounted rate or we go to another hotel tomorrow. They said it would be fixed by now when we checked in and now they are saying tomorrow. Bullshit. Its not getting fixed on Sunday.
