    I remember hearing one years ago

    Simple but it just struck me as being infinitely wise :)

    I love this quote from an old Professor in my Equine Psychology class:

    "The path of greatest resistance is the path that moves you forward. It's easy to turn back, because you've been that way, you know what's out there.
