If I had been sent a Brad by luck of the draw that would be one thing, but knowing everyone around me got the same shaft is super disappointing. Just bummed is all.

    Originally I got a black RNDM and a No More 7". My wife only got a RNDM (no 7"). She e-mailed 10c about the missing 7" and it arrived today. Orange Fixer. Not too shabby. I'm still not enthused about 10's lack of randomizing the packages (hence most people in my town got rndm's), but one thing they do well is service recovery. When they make a mistake they always go above and beyond.

    That's insane. My Wife got her's, it was missing the 7", they reshipped it, and she got the replacement last week already, so she's gotten to mailings before you guys got you first one.

    Doesn't surprise me though... sometimes stuff get's stuck in the Canada Post system then magically unsticks itself a few weeks later.

    I had a few packages stuck in Montreal for a few day's in customs. I mean stuck there for a whole freaking week. Just sitting there. I had to contact them to move the damn thing. Calling them up and asking them what the problem was. But I was able to do this with .. a tracking number.

    Can you imagine how sweet it would be if 10club included tracking numbers for Pearl Jam items shipped to Canadians?
