So what am I going to be dealing with as far as parking my vehicle at OSU? Will it be a complete clusterfuck? Do I have any other options other than parking at the venue? Just curious.

For games they shuttle from the fairgrounds about 3 miles away. Ticketmaster or osu should have a link to parking.

Of course there's a huge group of lots north of the stadium. Plus they are pretty good at moving traffic.

Thank you. I was just curious, if I was in downtown Columbus that afternoon, if there were parking garages and any type of public transportation to the venue. But I guess I should find out how close the venue is to downtown Columbus. hahahaha

A couple miles or so. If you are staying downtown then walk to high street and grab a cab or a pedicab not sure how late bus service runs anymore. But it IS walkable. Plus you pass any number of bars.

I wont be boozing, so we are avoiding all bars. But we are thinking of heading downtown in the early afternoon for a nice lunch/dinner. Was just curious if we could leave our car in a parking garage and walk over to the stadium. Or like you said, grab a cab. Don't feel like dealing with a parking lot full of 50,000 cars.

Oh yeah. Be the way to go imo. Google short north. Good restaurants down there. High end too. And concept casual.

Columbus is happening now. Particularly that area between downtown and OSU.

Well I hope you and your future bride, are able to meet us downtown Saturday, and we can enjoy a nice meal together. Don't necessarily need a fancy, schmancy, high end meal, but something nice.

Why thank you Rob. Sick in the head or the drug use caused brain damage but I fucking love this racket.

Currently shut down in Breaux Bridge Looozeyanna. At Pilot CASINO truck stop. Wtf? Not to far west of Nawlins. Had hoped to make a stop closer to there but no go. Still have 800 or so to go for this trip. Next goal is to get to NE of Atl. We'll see how THAT goes. Coming in from the SW. Traffic is the worst in the country there. 8-9 lanes each direction and just fucking crawls. Have several options if my plan goes to shit.

Today was a first. Been seeing roadkill armadillos again. But today I saw a fucking 3-4 ft gator on the shoulder. Trippy. Gotta get a dash cam with mega sd card data.

East Texas (dfw/houston)up to Egan Mn. is our Western edge.

Will be going to Vegas this year though. My brother accepted the Fire Chiefs position at Nellis coming back from the same job in Guam at Andersen. We will get married there or just honeymoon. But not til he has bought the house and gotten settled.

Speedy!!!! Chi town timing help please.

Was earlier than I needed to be to a delivery in the burbs. As a general rule of thumb the outerbelts move pretty good outbound during morning rush dont they? We have a spot thats a regular pickup in Villa Park and a coupel customer to deliver to not all that far from there. So 80 outbound and 355 and 55 seem to be the primaries for me unless I am going through to Wi. Then I take 294. How much time is reasonable ot add with going overboard on trip planning for that time of day? I usually try to hit the dock at opening around 0700 0800

Chicago traffic was the only one that ever caused me to have to piss in a water bottle while stuck in grid lock. When I was stationed in GB my wife was in Chicago for a while so I drove down every weekend to spend it with her. Loved Chi town but my god they need to work on the highways. That and all taxi drivers should be hung by their testicles.

ok, its been a minute since I have posted in here. Tomorrow I have my court hearing on the overaxle ticket. Currently shut down at a former operating center we now rent some of the space back or a drop yard. Woodhaven Michigan. Right behind The Detroiter truck stop. I-75 exit 32.
Will be unhooking from this empty account trailer and bobtailing my tractor to the courthouse for the hearing. Was going to take a cab, b ut the rates are outrageously high . Rate fiinder website liste dmy distance as about 9 miles. estimated cost one way. $61 FUCK THAT.

So, I now owe the Wayne Couty courts $2300. Because its no longer required in that county to have physical signage posting seasonal weight restricted roads.

Here I sit in Norwood Mass due to a clusterfuck in the office of a 3rd party broker. Load # I had was picked up 2 days ago.

Closing in on 5 1/2 hrs left on my 14 hr clock. To now I have driven 126 miles on the day. Nice drive though. Scenic route from Springfield Vt.
