It's not exactly a hard album to find. I bought a few of the classic Springsteen albums last year and for decent used copies they were usually less than $20.
I guess there's some benefits to reissues. Used records often seem a crapshoot. Especially older ones that were pressed decades ago. Even if you try and look for scratches you don't know until you play it. Maybe this will give me a chance to finally buy a clean copy of Born in the USA.
As for me I'm really only interested in the 7" from this thread and the Foo Fighters 10"
edit: ok back to the Springsteen thing. All of a sudden I really want to buy that boxset that has the 7 reissues in it. To fill in the gaps I don't own and to get new vinyl that will sound better than my old worn copies... lol... thanks.
Which Springsteen 7"-boxset are you talking about? I only find LP reissues.
wasn't a 7" boxset, it's a boxset with 7 lp's. Sorry my email wasn't linear. One line I was referring to the 7" from this thread (the citizen dick single), the in the next I went back to Springsteen. The LP boxset has his first 7 album reissues in it. I want it. Allthough I'm wondering if it might cheaper to buy them all seperately on RSD.
1500 copies only. Won't be the easiest to get, not the toughest either - reason being that the younger generation doesn't give too much of a cufk. The Love Bone release was pretty easy to snag (pressing was double the Citizen 7" though).

I was wondering what MLB was... there are so many of those seems like you can get it for less than the original price. I regret buying two.
I remember watching the movie on vhs years ago and my friend pointing out that it was Eddie singing for Citizen Dick. Hilarious! I'd love to get a copy of this but right now am not really planning on standing in line at RSD again. Hope Ten Club will have some.

Those were the roles in the movie, but it's definitely Eddie singing on Touch Me I'm Dick.

I would honestly be surprised if they didn't.
They didn't have anything special done for the MLB for Black Friday.

At least they sold it in the store, the Citizen 7" is only in record stores or ebay.

I don't believe these will be hard to find & IMO, there are more then 1500.

That's a lot. Contacted 2 local record stores in town & they said they will be carrying a good amount of these. Yes, available here Halifax. That's impossible right?

Fortunately most bands have increased print run after record store day demand has increased over the years. I am not overly stressed about getting what I want after calling around.

It could also be that 1500 is the amount pressed for a specific region. IE last year everyone said there were 1000 of the REM unplugged sets but it was the US pressing. I think Europe also had 1500 pressed. Canada had zero. So maybe Canada has it's own pressing on this one.
I know, I know....I'm crazy for being in line at the local record store but wanted to report that I just talked to the store owner and he said they got about 4 or 5 of these. So may be easier to get than thought.
