So happy to see this thread on here. So it seems that 6 new episodes are going to be aired right? I haven't found anywhere when yet--fall season? Anyone know yet?

oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I wonder why, all of a sudden, they decided to make more episodes? Seems so random.

Sad it's only for 6 episodes.
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

Just realised Crowley from Supernatural was in an episode of the X-Files, rather fittingly (as the King of Hell) playing a nutter who sets people on fire :p

The only reason I haven't gotten into it more is because it's already in it's 10th? season. That is an awful lot of catching up to do. #commitmentissues.

Not really random, they've wanted to do it forever. Of course, David and Gillian have pretty good careers after the show. The XF fan base is really strong, they've been pushing for it the whole time. Even raised money to make it happen.
