    Btw, Amazon.ca shipping: I ordered this album yesterday, and really wanted it quickly so considered paying $12 to get it today. But I decided that was stupid, so just selected the free shipping option, estimated to arrive in a week at the earliest... Well, it just arrived! So I got for free what they wanted to charge me $12 for. Which makes me both happy and angry, lol.

    yes I am, it took a little bit to get used to a direct drive turntable, but this turntable is the high quality turntable I have been fantasizing about for months :)

    well if you listen to a full record the needle doesn't automatically go back into its holder, as a belt-driven one does. Also, there is a start/stop button for the motor of the platter so you have to turn that on to get the record spinning. It doesn't automatically start when you life the needle.
