Food hangover.

Don't know that I've ever quite experienced this quite this much before, but I'm having a hell of a food hangover today. Went to a family and friends holiday party yesterday and only had a few drinks over the course of about 5 hours so I know it's not the booze. But the food was too much- not bad, no it was great, just too much including things I normally avoid like dairy and non-poultry or fish meat.
Sure glad it's my day off. M-o-o-o-o-an.

It's like weighing the scales (not literally!) - do I partake and suffer the consequences, or abstain and wish I hadn't?
Nice to know you can use the day to recover 3:-O
Ohhhh no more fooooood. :-&
I'm so gonna regret that :-SS
Highly recommend hot tea (peppermint, cham or decaf green) with lots of rock candy.
