Edit: I have listened to the SONGS of LB quite a bit in the various 2013-2014 bootlegs. I tend to enjoyed them more interspersed with the classic tunes.
But LB is truly an amazing PJ album. Songs that are classic PJ but still look ahead to the future. Great songwriting, unique instrumentals, songs translate awesome live...gotta love it!

And the BAND he's put together is killer too,
Saw shows in Columbus & Detroit this year & they were just INCREDIBLE!!!
Not a 90's band, but Band of Horses - Acoustic At The Ryman is GREAT too & I can't wait to hear the new My Morning Jacket album when it is released next year!!

(all the girls love Alice)
Wasting light is by far the best offering from any of these bands... such an amazing album.
has anyone else started Sonic Highways? I signed up for a free trial of HBO just so I could watch it... watched the first 2 episodes in the last 2 days, gonna watch the third tonight... Dave is doing an amazing job hyping this album, and with just cause, it's quite a feat he accomplished laying down a track in 8 different cities/studios across america and only alloting a week for each track...
I know we're now past the mid-point of the 90's but ...Like Clockwork tops all of them by a mile.
And I really enjoyed TKOL by radiohead.... maybe not as much as LB, but certainly more than the most recent STP and SP albums...
The last STP album I really enjoyed was No. 4. The last two albums fizzled. Oceania was ok, but I don't seem to listen to it very often (allthough I did buy adore on vinyl yesterday).

alright then.. since no one likes my answers...
I've determined what the correct answer to the question is that keeps within the original parameters, 10,000 days. (technically speaking it is there most recent release...)
Still miffed that no one gave AIC any props, but fine.
Fine!
