Exactly. You are going to see Pearl Jam. Awesome no matter what.PorchgirlCO said:
It's all good. Denver will be awesome...it's a hometown show and I'm just lucky to be able to see them!! Some of my friends don't even get the opportunity. ANY PJ show is a great one, in my book!yellowwho said:
We'll all get through it, somehow. Be strong, and take comfort in knowing that the Pearl Jam family is shedding a tear together !! Best of luck to you :(PorchgirlCO said:

I hear ya. I don't see them complementing two re-releases w newly minted live performers of those albums. Makes more sense to pair re-releases w something from same era (plus I'm hoping they release these as boots!)2-feign-reluctance said:They would do a classic show for the next re-releases. This wouldn't make sense to me. Its awesome, but I'm thinking these are maybe a unique way of announcing the next box sets?

Give me a show from 96-98. These are great but a re-release should feature Jack Irons at the kit live.Heisenberg said:So here is what I'm thinking. The announcement of the No Code/Yield reissues will come soon and the live sets from Moline and Milwaukee will be included on vinyl as bonus discs?

I personally don't care who is technically better- Matt was there at the beginning and he's here now so he's my man.Last-12-Exit said:

Matt makes pj a better live band by a mile. Which is what it's all about.0 -
Now they are starting to scare me, lol. Are these full albums live some kind of going away present? Prelude to a hiatus? :-? ..... Or maybe they were just getting a little bored (or Ed was feeling lazy qith the setlist, lol) and decided to do something new.
(Or maybe the theory on the porch is right.... commercial for a no code/yield boxset). :-??Post edited by PJ_Soul onWith all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -
Seems like every setlist this tour has a theme. I wonder what last nights was. I was in Cincinnati and they played every album.0

I disagree, and regardless of opinion Jack's drumming is such a huge part of their sound of that era that it makes a lot of sense to include him in a live record.Heisenberg said:

If they were playing albums to end their career (which I highly doubt) at least that means they'll announce more dates.0
