Please help me to find the ebay-seller:

The real name was:

prename: micha€l
name: Imbimb0

he has a mail adress at: gmail.com

as follows: prename(dot)name(at)gmail(dot)com

Could anybody help.

I have paid the 2 records last year and asked the seller to store the records till i'm ready for the shipment, he says yes i will safe the item for you. I have contacted him in Januar, he answered via mail, oh yes, but only the shiping costs are missing. Then i have mailed him that the shippings cost were also paid.

... and then::

since: Januar 2014 NO CONTACT NO ANSWER NO RESPOND

Is he dead?

I have bought the item in 2013!!! and paid in 2013 !!!
No help from ebay, no help from paypal, and no answer to my mails from the seller since:

Januar 2014!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the problem

No need to be so aggressive, Stefan. People have suggested what you can do. Why did you even wait so long, you could have had it shipped to a different address.

Try to contact Ebay, as 2-feign suggested. You can search the webs for the name, but it seems there are several people who have it. Do you know where the seller was from? There is a website named spokeo.com where you can look up names. Maybe he is amongst them? You can also search for ebay members on ebay by email. Seller did NOT answer!!

I have lost TWO Twenty SEALED RECORDS, this are now nealy 500 US-Dollar!!

This is the problem, i have paid nobody is responsable, ebay said, contact the seller, paypal said contact the seller

you said contact ebay ... (ebay said again ....)

I need somebody to help here, maybe a friend, another TenClub-Member who knows him, or simply an advocate.

Well, maybe it is time to go for a lawyer. This would only make sense if you know his real identity though. I think you will have to come to terms with the loss and accept that the money is gone. A law suit might be extending the money you spent on the records.

Hallo,

ich habe die Platten im Juli 2013 gekauft, bezahlt und gebeten mit der Lieferung zu warten, bis ich mich melde.
Im januar 2014 habe ich mich gemeldet, der Verkäufer antwortete: "es fehlen nur noch 28 Dollar" für den Versand. Ich habe ihm geantwortet, daß auch dies schon bezahlt sei ... und seitdem keine Antwort mehr von ihm...

Auf Facebook bin ich zur Zeit nicht ...
