Its been said, but it was not a good move, buying something on ebay and asking the seller to hang onto it past the window of being protected by ebay and paypal. You have to complete the transaction right away and if something goes wrong you need to file your case(s) immediately. Otherwise you really have no legal means of action.

Its still sleazy of the guy to (either sell the albums again) and/or just ignore you. But there really is nothing that can be done besides just keep trying to contact him and maybe try to angle it in a kind way.

Nobody has really been able to provide any help which is frustrating to you because, well, there really isnt anything that can be done at this point.
