Nice Frankie! See u tonight my friend.FrankieG said:Holy shit tonight was awesome. Best TGA show I have ever been to. The energy was very high. You could tell everyone was happy to be playing gigs again. All of the songs were tight and the light show really added the "they finally made it big" feel.
Brian stared at me all night cause I was on the rail dead center!0 -
If anybody going to the shows this weekend could take a picture of the merch booth and post it I for one would appreciate it greatly!
Going to the show a week today in Toronto and would like a sneak peek at what my wallet will be open to taking home with meThe last PJ show I went to was the best PJ show ever, that is until they come around again of course0 -

Also, picture disc pre-order with autographed poster (LP liner notes were signed by the band) has arrived in Kitchener, ON.

If you follow dannydeldonuts on Instagram he posted a few of the designs about 5 weeks ago. Not sure of his official role but he handles merch and roadie duties for the band.
There's a few shirts and a hoodie he posted. Really like the Stray Paper shirt and the Andy Diamond shirt is just fantastic.0 -
Now we're talking! Thanks for the tip, I just checked out that Instagram. Well now..... I'm not super familiar with all their old shows, but if tonight wasn't one of their best, if not most impressive shows, then please point me in the direction of one that's better.'08- Camden 1-2 '09- Chicago 2; Spectrum 1-4

Wanted to get down there earlier so i could see Against Me! but missed them. Caught Jimmy Eat World and thought they were pretty decent. Gaslight came on at 9:30, but they were missing their drummer, Benny, who had to leave early in the day and go back home for personal reasons. So the drummer for Against Me! filled in for the first half of the show and did a pretty good job. The second half of the show was all acoustic so that was different. Brian was very interactive with the crowd telling jokes and stories so that was also pretty cool.

Only thing that kinda sucked was they said there was an 11:00 curfew which i found kinda hard to believe on a Friday night. So they only played for an hour and a half.

Glad Dave was able to take that tix off of u. My buddy made it to the venue by 8:45 lol. Paid $15 for a fake tix and they let him in anyways! Got to love Philly!0 -

I really need to hit the Dr Dog show there tomorrow. Even though I've sen them a ton they never disappoint and the venue is great. Even though I've never seen them set up a side stage and have people perform. Weird that the main stage wasn't used.'08- Camden 1-2 '09- Chicago 2; Spectrum 1-4

I went last minute too. Got there at 9. Walked in and ended up stage right about 30 yards back.
That was a great show considering what happened to Benny. The first set was fun, but nothing stuck out compared. Other shows. I think the band was shocked that Atom could fill in.
Second set with dark places, high lonesome, and 1930 were highlights. Had a couple of groups of assholes talking thru most of the acoustic set. Was pretty annoying.
All in all... Solid show that could have been a disaster.9.29.96, 8.28.98, 9.1.00, 7.5.03, 9.30.05, 6.1.06, 6.19.08, 6.20.08, 6.24.08, 10.27.09, 10.28.09, 10.30.09, 5.20.10, 9.3.11, 9.4.11, 9.2.12, 7.19.13...
