PJ in Leeds. Milton Keynes. Ya ya ya...

...Neil Young in Hyde Park in July. Tickets secured. Fuck. Yeah. Sort of weird to have two PJ shows on the docket in one week, and have those be second to something else.

I'd heard the bootleg for this but not seen it on video. Have only had time this morning to see the first number here so far- "Love To Burn"- but wow, just WOW! :-D

Picked up tickets to that show today but didn't even try for best in the house. $90 was my max and that was good enough for 4th row center balcony. Acoustics at the Wang are amazing and the view will be sweet. Much happier up there than selling a kidney to sit on the floor.

Oh man that sucks. It's a real shame after 36 years and everything they've gone through.

I wonder how this will affect the Bridge School?

I hear Neil's thinking about doing an album with a full orchestra.

    Thoughts?

True! ..but I've also heard some rock with strings that makes me cringe. Make it good, Neil!

  • I was bummed to hear that Uncle Neil's divorcing Peggy, saw them both at Farm Aid last year.

Today I hear that he's now with Daryl Hannah… Really Neil? Really?

Really what??? You don't like the way she looked in splash?

i love neil but i really wasn't a fan of this cd
IMO i would have rather done without the theatrics. the songs are good enough to stand on their own. no need for any distractions like having it have pops like you're listening to a old scratched vinyl record...

I was more thinking, "Really Daryl? Really?"
Neil is the lucky one in that arrangement for sure, lol.
