    Thanks for the Detroit date!

Why is it that people love to hate on Detroit but there always seem to be a good crowd at those shows? Based on some comments, I should be one of about 47 people there. Better odds for us then ;)

Cool! I live in Columbus, OH so I think I will try for the Cincinnati, OH show (a 2hr drive south)! I last saw them there in 2006 when Bob Pollard opened for them.

Someone said they were playing both Sundays at ACL which would leave Oct. 4 to drive from St. Louis to Austin.

It's cuz the stupid acl won't announce which night PJ is playing. So now u basically know it's either Sat or Sun.

You're from east coast right? Help me with a plan please! Lol. I'm thinking Cincy and St. Louis. I really had my heart set on a 2 night stand at United Center in Chicago. Oh well.
Yup New Jersey. Gonna try for St. Louis. I've heard it's a great city

Will be trying for Detroit, and if the wife permits it perhaps Moline the following night as well.

    Good luck to all.

I'm going for Detroit as well, and debating on going for a couple of dates after also, but not sure what the wife will think. Good luck

Excellent, thank you folks. If any group of people were given the ability to use time travel, I'd prefer it to be Pearl Jam anyways. Oh shit ya.

The crazy thing is I am within 6 hours of 7 shows (live in the NW Chicago area), but being a teacher, that is really hard to swing. But I agree, seeing I had to fly last year, this year will be much easier!

No Louisville. And this tour was the best chance this town could have had.

I guess something really pissed them off about Louisville at some point. It's almost as if they just avoid it. Nice new downtown arena venue, 20 year drought, consistently suggested as one of the most underplayed cities, but no, no soup for you.

It's not even worth the drive to Cincinnati any more
  • Any one know if Red Rocks is free on Oct 23 and/or Oct 24? How cool would it be for PJ to play 1-2 surprise 10c only shows there after Denver?!

Thanks for the Denver love, PJ!

If there's any way to make what ElwayVedder suggests above happen, that would be epic.

While it would be amazing, there's 0% chance this happens. Considering they haven't played Denver in 11 years and people have been asking for a 10C only show for a long time, I just don't see it happening. Especially in Denver. And I'm in Denver.

  • Ya, it's a fantastic city!! How many former mayors of Detroit are in jail? When are they just gonna shut that city down? Aren't they completely bankrupt too?

Ugh! What an awful tour... My money is on not a single show selling out in the Midwest. They'll need to do a few festivals to make up the lost revenue.

Yeah, if they were going to do all Midwest, they could have thrown in a few shows people would want to travel to (ie Chicago)...Moline? Detriot? Not places I want to spend time/money travelling to, to be honest.
Well too bad for you bro, Detroit is a huge market, and we don't need you
