Ugh! What an awful tour... My money is on not a single show selling out in the Midwest. They'll need to do a few festivals to make up the lost revenue.

    :D

You know they don't have to "sell out" every single show for them to make a shit load of money. Pretty sure they'll do ok.

    See you bitches in Memphis.

Yeah, if they were going to do all Midwest, they could have thrown in a few shows people would want to travel to (ie Chicago)...Moline? Detriot? Not places I want to spend time/money travelling to, to be honest.
Well too bad for you bro, Detroit is a huge market, and we don't need you

Will be trying for Detroit, and if the wife permits it perhaps Moline the following night as well.

    Good luck to all.

I cant think of a worse string of cities to play. Denver is only worthwhile place to visit, Very disappointing. They refuse to play Atlanta or Miami for some reason.

Happy for those who got local shows. No trip for me this year.

I'm the ultimate PJ apologist but I have to say I'm dissapointed they are only playing 10 US shows. Someone in this band doesn't want to tour anymore.

I thought the reason why Matt Cameron is taking a break from Soundgarden is to focus on Pearl Jam and this is all they're playing?!

What are the chances that there's a second leg still to be announced?

The 99% odds to score a ticket to any of the 10 shows isn't that bad at all. http://pearljam.com/tickets

*edit. My bad. Every 5 minutes they will be changing the odds % on the tickets page

So Pearl Jam now takes the sabbaths off, is that it?
How come a band this huge schedule a whole 12 dates tour with NO shows on saturdays and only 2 fridays and 1 sunday?
Is it to have ONLY the locals and to avoid people travelling from afar?
    =(

Horrible tour, the most weird dates I've seen in decades...
just because you breathe it doesn't mean you're alive...

This has been an amazing year!
    Hometown show (CLT 10-30)
    Birthday show (Gold Coat 01-19)
Stockholm and Oslo for the hell of it (06/28, 06/29)
    and now more US dates?

They've been working their tails off... I'm with you guys regarding places to travel though... seems like Denver's the only real cool place to go. Scared to put into the lottery for only that show as it figures that's what the other travelers are going to do too.

What's the 2nd best city to visit? (Not Austin)

Cincy! Hell yeah, baby! Going to be there for sure. Hope I have same luck as when they came to Columbus in 2010. Scored tenclub tics (all reserved at that time), got tics on floor thru ticketmaster, and won tics thru radio station in Dayton. So took bunch of peeps with me. Hoping for GA, just 2, but would settle for reserved. Thanks PJ.
