Hi - does the Search function work in the new forums format? I get blank results w/ everything I search for? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions. Appologize if this has already been discussed

    Same question here. Are you able to still do a member search? If so, how? Any help would be appreciated

    member search.....I don't know. basic search....kinda works, but not very well. good for dredging up 6 year old threads but never what I'm actually looking for. X(

    any way to search your inbox of PMs? Or maybe export your PMs into Excel and then search in there?
    Help? Way too many PMs (my fault) in my inbox and can't remember the person I need to reply to regarding something

    Having some issue with the search function. Typed in the band "Editors" and no results came up which is kinda weird since I know there is at least one discussion on them and probably more.

    Have you tried an advanced search? Click the down arrow in the search box, search for "Editors" in the “Title” search field, and narrow your search to the Category “Other Music.” You should see several threads.

    Yes I did that first and nothing. I’m pretty sure I bookmarked what I was looking for so I’ll have to look for that.

    Your screen shot has it above the Title search box. Try putting "Editors" in the Title search box.

    oh ok, cool thanks. Yeah when I put in the search bar the first time it automatically went to that spot when i hit enter

    Don't think part of the search function is working. Say for example i type in "cats" a whole bunch of results show up but if i click just under "discussions" no results show up. However if i do just "comments" the results do show up. :confused:

    It works. I am guess you didn't change the date at the bottom. It is very easy to miss, and it defaults to "1 day." No one has mentioned cats in the last day (until now), so nothing comes up. You can change it to "2 years" and you can get all the cat fetish discussion your heart desires.

    now it works yeah. Maybe they saw my question and fixed it.
