    i am incredibly sore.

    switched from hip sled to actual squats last night for the first time in about a year. got a little overzealous and went heavier than i should have...

    i had to literally roll myself out of bed this morning....

    I feel pretty darned good, but I have that deliriously fun lack of sleep feeling that may turn into an "I need caffeine afternoon," which will probably lead to a few rum n cokes before dinner date with my Gorgeous Wife...then I'll pass out face first with a gigantic smile too early somewhere and wake up in the middle of the night, just to be tired tomorrow so that I can mow the lawn in a daze, but crank out a few more rum n cokes before taking a dip in the Atlantic before strumming the guitar at sunset while waving at a few neighbors. The end.
