I feel like some Gnocchi tonight with some nice Wine
The local Italian place we'd been going to since the 80s used to make THE best gnocchi, but when they lost their chef (the owners divorced), the food was never the same. It's not an easy dish to master!

The chef didn’t happen to be this guy?
Artie! That scene of him all broken, preparing rabbit from that old recipe - one of my favorites.

You sure love your Italian food, don't you? And wine.... lots of wine!
Ok this was a weird statement lol
Nothing wrong with Italian food and/or wine. The more, the better! Enjoy the good stuff. And everyone knows to send the crappy stuff to me, right? I’ll drink anything.

Really nice at the moment; Petty's live Wildflowers here. His being gone will always gut me.
Speaking of which, earlier I watched a scene from a show, where someone had had a stroke, and I lost it. Sobbed my fucking eyes and heart out - needed to - and felt lighter after. It's not just the tears, it's that animal and brutal release. Lifts the burden a bit till it re-visits. Because it always does, usually unexpectedly.
And, of course, music always heals. Just gotta find the right tunes, the right notes to massage the soul.

I don’t suppose you could post that song in the joint thread? Please?

I'm all over music-wise so I can't...had live Cream then live Clapton, now some Marley courtesy of a friend. It's a very cool ripple-effect-affect. Just winding through and over and even making the path, where it takes me - anyone - and where I want to go.
I feel like bootlegging 3-17-95 corduroy right now Anyways listen to that version where mike stone eddie jeff jack meet perfectly on time someone a guitarist really makes it better than any other song in the history of my life its definitely punk
Dear Heavenly Pearl Jam Please make ten more albums right away We love you We want no past Future is full of temper tantrums from kevin

So are we done with the pizza talk? Or at least move it to the food thread? It’s day 4 of my hunger strike and this is painful. Pretty please?
