Leigh's physio is away and he doesn't like chiropractors.
I took him to my old chiro once (never ever been to chiro or physio before) and somehow they booked him in for the wrong person and out walks AMAZON WOMAN. Leigh paled and said "you're coming in with me" and this chick proceeded to jump on him and do heaps of shit my 5 foot chiro never did to me! He said it felt like being tackled when playing footy! NEVER AGAIN he said. ha ha
Chiros and Physios treat different things though. I'm not sure if Physios could fix sciatic problems.....someone else here might know??

I did. Lower back stretches and panadol. If it gets worse or prolonged - chiro.

Even maybe some hammy stretches if pain shooting down leg but lower back is the focus.
Do you have an exercise ball - they are good to sit on as it keeps your lower back in correct position. Did you ever start with your trampoline work tramp?

I really liked mine but I found she was a bit too "see you in two weeks....see you in one week....see you in three weeks" and never seemed to fix the problem. Mum went to that same lady for 15 years and always had a sore hip and then she went to Leigh's physio and he fixed the problem really quickly.
So after all that time we realised she SUCKED! (EDIT: "She" sucked -- not all chiros).

Yeah, I started just running on the spot on the trampoline and realllly get my heart rate up which I struggle with walking the dogs etc....and then one day the springs started popping out of the material and now it's fucked! Going to buy a new one though. Just don't get as much time to exercise now that the comic is rolling. I come home and sit straight back down on the computer at home and work until 12ish each night.
I'm only drinking on Saturday nights now and stopped smoking pot and I've lost weight already! Woo hooooo! Fucking put on 6 kilos since quitting cigarettes....and drinking heaps didn't help. :mad:
So we are all starting to talk about plan, accom, money etc for a tour hey?

I'd offer our house to anyone coming to the Perth gig....but it's too far from Perth :( But anyone wanting to stay in WA after the gig is welcome to use it

Well....I think we'll have a new album by the end of the year and predict they'll announce a tour pretty much straight away and that Australia will be the first leg (said this last year and I'm sticking to it). So if album comes out end of '08 and they announce tour......I reckon they'll be her some time in the first few months of '09, which doesn't give us much time to prepare
