    Did you see this, sunshine?

Not much merchandise for me. 2 t-shirts max.

I did. Lower back stretches and panadol. If it gets worse or prolonged - chiro.

    Painful

Leigh's physio is away and he doesn't like chiropractors.

I took him to my old chiro once (never ever been to chiro or physio before) and somehow they booked him in for the wrong person and out walks AMAZON WOMAN. Leigh paled and said "you're coming in with me" and this chick proceeded to jump on him and do heaps of shit my 5 foot chiro never did to me! He said it felt like being tackled when playing footy! NEVER AGAIN he said. ha ha
Chiros and Physios treat different things though. I'm not sure if Physios could fix sciatic problems.....someone else here might know??

I love my chiro....NEVER has he put me through any pain....just pure relief :)

He looks nothing like Charles Manson. Google Manson and look at a photo of Leigh....they both have dark hair and a beard and the resemblence stops there. If that's the criteria, I'm Selma Hayek!

I know, just being silly. Manson's old now anyway. I watched some YouTube video footage of Manson being interviewed once and wished I hadn't. :o

Apparently the woman who stabbed Sharon Tate is in jail and dying of a horrible brain disease and her daughter wants them to let her out.

Thanks....I'll google some lower back stretches he can do. He's had it before and his physio fixed it but every few years he gets a niggle. This is the worst it's ever been.

I'll just tell him to keep taking his Nurofen Plus every 4 hours and stop being a pussy! :D

As if they're going to let her out. Idiot! It's a shame she didn't die sooner and saved the government some money!

Even maybe some hammy stretches if pain shooting down leg but lower back is the focus.

Do you have an exercise ball - they are good to sit on as it keeps your lower back in correct position. Did you ever start with your trampoline work tramp?

I really liked mine but I found she was a bit too "see you in two weeks....see you in one week....see you in three weeks" and never seemed to fix the problem. Mum went to that same lady for 15 years and always had a sore hip and then she went to Leigh's physio and he fixed the problem really quickly.

So after all that time we realised she SUCKED! (EDIT: "She" sucked -- not all chiros).

    Ok...cheers.

No I don't have exercise ball. Maybe I should get one? Do you reckon I could use it when I type? Or when Leigh draws?

Yeah, I started just running on the spot on the trampoline and realllly get my heart rate up which I struggle with walking the dogs etc....and then one day the springs started popping out of the material and now it's fucked! Going to buy a new one though. Just don't get as much time to exercise now that the comic is rolling. I come home and sit straight back down on the computer at home and work until 12ish each night.

I'm only drinking on Saturday nights now and stopped smoking pot and I've lost weight already! Woo hooooo! Fucking put on 6 kilos since quitting cigarettes....and drinking heaps didn't help.

I'm not. I'll only believe it when I get the offical email from the Ten Club announcing an Australian tour.

Im glad you're back Maritime - coz I love you. We were betting yesterday on where you were.

I know where Ill be staying in Sydney - my house. Takes me about 45 mins to Acer from my front door.

Any of the females willing to put out can stay at my place. The boys can have my flatmate.

Wonder if there is a Grosvenor in Bris and Perth?

As a new member (well I used to be around here a few years ago but didn't post much), i'll hope they come down at least one more time. Saw them at one show in Sydney in 2003 but regretfully missed the 2006 shows because of other things which got in the way.

    Welcome Sir.

Yeah there is definitely at least one tour left. Pity you missed 2006 tour - they were noticeably better the 2nd time around and hopefully even better next time.

Well that's my accomodation sorted for Sydney then :D

I put my recommendations for Perth and Brissy on my thread on LW. We stayed at Citystay Apartments for '06 and for Powderchair last year and it was perfect.....and we took up Ziggys recommendation of the Astor Apartments when we went to Brissy in June and it was also perfect :)

I'd offer our house to anyone coming to the Perth gig....but it's too far from Perth :( But anyone wanting to stay in WA after the gig is welcome to use it :)
