    today at the park, gracie seemed to have something stuck in her mouth....I pried her mouth open and at first didn't find anything....then, I found a stick, stuck sideways on the roof of her mouth. I pulled it out and what did she do??? immediately pounced on another stick :fp:

    pretty much says it all, doesn't it? I have talked to him plenty of times about our dogs, their cancers and the impact both have had on our lives. his sweet dog also had lymphoma and had also fallen out of remission but seemed to be doing pretty well. this owner did everything in world he could have done for his dog....and then, suddenly, his dog declined in a matter of days. I hope my friend posts something but he may not. If you guys know who I'm talking about, please reach out to him or at least think a good thought for him and his family.

    Thanks, Rob. I'm glad we were able to talk and share our experiences. I’m still here for you and Codie and Gracie if you want to bounce a question off me. And I'm looking forward to meeing in Portland too.

    With any luck my time dealing with Bruno's cancer will be my only experience, but I'm a boxer dad and that breed seems to have a propensity for that kind of thing. I’ve still got Sasha (my other boxer) and she’ll be twice as spoiled and loved so there is something good to come out of this.

    While I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, if someone here learns their dog has cancer feel free to hit me up with any questions. If I have an answer I’m happy to share it and will also let you know about my experiences over the last year battling Bruno’s lymphoma.

    Rosie is not amused....but YOU were! :lol: Don't feel bad....we all do that stuff.

    I went down to check on my buddy Hippie Mike yesterday. I've been helping him with a kitchen addition and he got his (2nd) knee replaced a couple of weeks ago. Here's gracie gazing at the snow and then sandy gazing at gracie while gracie pees :lol:
