Yeah, a lot of Midwesterners were shut out of Wrigley, and for those of us who can't afford to travel to the coasts, we don't get a tour this year.

Please announce some Midwestern dates!

(And please don't wait another 4 years before coming back to Chicago!)

    Here's what I'm thinking:

    2014:
Summer - European festivals and a few on their own
Fall - Midwestern US or Canada?

    2015:
    Feb-April (thereabouts) - South America
Summer - Midwestern USA or Canada (whatever they didn't do in 2014

Of course, look for a Bridge School Benefit or something equally "special, charitable, etc" in there as well.

Hopefully they have a proper tour in 2014 for the Midwest and make stops in Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Detroit, Indy, Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis, Columbus, etc.

Australia/New Zealand in the winter, Midwest with a few other stops in the Spring/early summer, and then Europe during the later summer in 2014?

As much as I want this, I'm not holding my breath. They're on the "twice a decade" or the "every other album" plan and I'm just not feeling it. I'm thinking it'll be a Detroit/Cleveland/Indy thing or MAAAAAAAAYBE a Cincinnati show.

I Guess we are the only two left who can not afford to go to the coasts... And I'm still a 2 hour drive away from Chicago.

And let us know soon, cause I have to schedule my vacation early to battle the people with seniority...

sick of them coming in the off season to play "special shows" and fuck us(I say this in terms of not playing new stuff, not in any way demeaning the unreal shows we have had in the area) on the new stuff. That being said the special shows are amazing, and I love them, but Chicago sure could use a tour on the album, a stop AFTER the album is released and within a calendar year.

SO get your asses out here this spring or summer, and play more than 3 songs off Lightning bolt, cancel Daughter, Jeremy, Alive, and Why Go, and add Yellow Moon, My Fathers Son, Pendulum, swallowed whole, infallible, getaway and then all will be right on the world
