Hard to Imagine they didn't play Hard to Imagine...
They played it in Camden in 08 if I recall correctly.
Opened Camden 08 1 with it. First PJ song I heard live.

Yeah I was disappointed by that too. It was also a little bittersweet that I won the lottery (2nd row) but with the GA section in front of me, it wasn't nearly as special as it would have been had I won the lottery in previous years. Oh well.
The 10C is not using any 1/2/9/10 ticket lottery on this tour FYI.

I went to both Brooklyn and Philly shows. Saturday in Brooklyn I label Epic!!!! Philly fans were awesome!!!! Crowd rocked it and I had a great view from behind the stage. Hearing Wash twice live is awesome!!!! I'm digging Lightning Bolt, awesome song to play live. Last Kiss as the whole band went to the rear of the stage, with Mike standing and playing a tiny drum kit. MFC. Leaving Here. Oceans in Brooklyn. I don't like WWS, but they rocked it. Baba was insane!!!! Miracles in Brooklyn. I thought all 4 shows were amazing with awesome setlist.

Did anyone see or get a pic of the Backspacer girl from the Halloween show in '09? She was there but in different make-up. I only caught a glimpse of her cause she was near Stone's side on the floor and i was on Mike's side.

Same here....had no idea what it was at the time. They actually have played Hard to Imagine a great deal in the Philly area over the years compared to everywhere else.

Had GA for the 2nd Philly show. Was two rows behind the rail right in front on Mike. Let's just get it out of the way the Mike is freaking awesome. Really interacts with the crowd, makes you feel at times like he is playing just for you. And he really does appear to me a nice humble guy who loves to interact with his fans and is so approachable. I also love him because he threw my 3 picks and basically dove into my arms during Baba (also got passed Eddie's champagne bottle but passed on taking a swig). Also, many thanks to the GA section where I was -- people were into it but also respectful of people's space and even saved people's spots when they had to use the restroom. I also loved it when Eddie totally fell off the speaker at the end of the show -- a little too much wine and champagne for the man. I went to the 2 Brooklyn shows and 2 Philly shows and here is how I would rank them:
Brooklyn 2 -- energy at the end was incredible with rockin the in the free world into Mike's solo star spangled banner. It looked like the guys were having a great time. In Hiding was big highlight for me.
Philly 1 -- the crowd's energy (especially for a Monday) was crazy good and the band fed off of it. Mother was a nice treat.
Philly 2 -- Breath into SOLAT was nice. Also, loved Present Tense. A little disppointed because the setlist was similar to Brooklyn 2 and maybe expectation were too high going in that it would be a show for the ages after Philly 1. I also agree that the energy level was down a little bit from the previous night.
Brooklyn 1- some technical issues and Eddie seemed pissed off. At least we got Chloe Dance/Crown of Thorns and Oceans out of it.
All in all thrilled to have gone to these shows and looking forward to my final one for now in Baltimore on Sunday.
We did have a nice section going by Mike...everyone was cool and we also all worked together to boot some drunken blonde chick who tried moving up like three times. I was probably 4 row off the rail there in the corner by Mike. Ed shot the champagne cork right at us! No one took credit for finding it though!
Great show. My ranking is Brooklyn 2, Philly 2, Brooklyn 1. Philly crowd was awesome maybe better than Brooklyn's IMO and I'm a new Yorker. 10c hooked me up with great seats in section 101 row 5 with 422xxx. Sick show hit the double digits for this one. Thank u 10c and PJ!!!!!
I'm glad you got down for one here. Eddie mentioning you in Newark is still one of my favorite memories from a PJ show.
Thanks man. Mine too lol!!
Camden 2 (2008) Philly 1 and 4 (2009) Newark (2010) MSG 1 (2010) Toronto 1 and 2 (2011) Brooklyn 1 and 2 (2013) Philly 2 (2013) Greenville (2016) Columbia (2016) MSG 2 (2016) Fenway 2 (2016) EV NJPAC (2022) MSG (2022) Denver (2022)
Was at both Brooklyn shows and Philly 2. All three shows were awesome. Great selection of songs on all set lists and managed to hear just about every song I wanted to over the three nights. Energy of the crowds made it even more special. The passion is incredible. One of the best experiences about a PJ concert is watching the audience interact and get so deep into the moment. Also, I went to all three shows with my brother and it was a great opportunity to spend quality time with him. I wish we could catch a few more shows!
I was at both brooklyn and philly shows too. I'd rank them Philly 1 Brooklyn 2 Brooklyn 1 Philly 2. Not that any were bad, but Philly 1 had so many songs that I had been waiting to hear, and I had great seat with a bunch of room to jump around. Like some people had said before, Brooklyn 2 kind of spoiled Philly 2 if you went to both as even some of the rare songs were played again. Philly 2 I was also in section 102 row 8 and it was all at least average sized dudes except one chick. We were crammed in like sardines there, felt bad for her. I've never had a seat (area to stand in front of a seat) in an arena that was so narrow and the row in front of you so close. Philly 1 I had dead-on to the stage 108 row 1 seat 1, so had the whole aisle area to move around.

What a fucking blast. Thanks guys for another amazing show! Met some more cool people and some shit hammered tools and seeing all of that awesome music in 24 hours is right up there with other great memories.
Good show, I can't classify PJ shows, as I feel they've done more for me, than I can ever repay them...I'm never disappointed, with their shows or set lists.
The only complaint I have is that I'm getting older, and that first set at Philly 2 Physically beat me up....Hi Energy from the band, and it was really awesome!
What a blast I had last night Two back from Eddie. I've never been that close before. Wow. What an experience. Met some very cool people in the GA line and thank you so much to all the tall guys for letting me stand in front of you The music is enough for me, but it was pretty fucking magical to REALLY see the show last night. Seems like the band played so many of the songs that have special meaning for me. Highlights were Untitled, Parachutes, Come Back (yes!) and that amazing improv/Save it For Later tag. Being at a PJ show is always magical for me...it's where I'm happiest and most at peace and last night just blew me away. Wish I could be at one every night. Who needs sleep anyway? This is living
"I need your strength for me to be strong...I need your love to feel loved"
Well well, night 2 didn't disappoint I was in GA again, this time with some fellow tenclubbers, and a little closer than in night 1. Somehow the energy in night 2 seemed a little different, but maybe everybody was just as exhausted as I was from night 1 Another kickass poster! We met some awesome people - rollings and mystic weed  Hope you made it home safe! Guacamolejoe and eeriepadave - you were wonderful show buddies! Comebackgirl and zoso - I loved meeting you guys again. See you in Seattle :P
I LOVED Satan's Bed, Parachutes and Blood! I think I might have hurt my diaphragm that night. I felt it vibrating strangely when I screamed and sang at one point and now it hurts below my sternum
Singing happy birthday to the band was wonderful and it just felt so awesome to be with so many friendly people! After these two nights, it will be hard to go to another show knowing that we will be in the seats. GA works perfectly for American crowds and PJ. I am happy the band decided to change things to make this experience happen for everybody
And a big thank you to the wonderful couple who gave me one of their four picks right after the show ended. I lost my PJ Philly virginity in a way that exceeded my expectations
I am sad this first part of our little PJ tour is over, but I am so stoked that we will see the band again in Seattle!
Please, Pearl Jam, consider a Benaroya Hall vinyl reissue!
Good show. I was a bit stoned and rather worn out from night one, but I had a great time.. after reading and writing a few fan views, I truly believe the bulk of a person's experience is drawn from the energy of the people around them.. a good section will make for a good show.. a dead section will highlight a shows weakness.. and may even bring the whole thing down to the point of "just "ok" show""
The crowd wasn't as crazy because all of us diehards were just simply wiped out from night one.. I believe that..Night one takes the taco here. Crowd, set, everything was perfect.. and no huge fuck ups from the band(not that it matters to me)
Thank You so much to RickZoo for being such a kickass motherfucker on both nights!! you were truly a life saver, and I have a feeling good things will be coming your way

I want to add that it has been a blast going to the preparties too. I met some really wonderful people. It is so awesome to walk past somebody whom you kind of know through fb or here and then just say "Hello! It's me!" People, go to the preparties! And if you are inclined to, have your portrait taken by wonderful Tanya Kang!

I forgot to mention before, I met a nice couple from Denver at the tailgate who came over to ask for a bottle opener and then stayed and talked with us for probably a good half hour. I never caught their names but I'm going to say there's a better-than-not chance that they're 10c members. So if either of you happen to see this, thanks for your hospitality and I hope you enjoyed Philly.

Great show. A few too many dupes from N1 for my liking. I wanted more Ten songs and My Father's son but got a few gems as well. Wash was great. Hopefully they'll be back next summer.
Alright, alright, alright!

Had a great time at this show as well. Wasn’t thrilled with the crowd in my area so I took to walking around to different sections. Ended up behind the stage for the encore.
Loved the MMR shout out. I’m a long time LOYAL listener and I was so happy that Ed took the time to acknowledge Nick, Matt and Pierre and the station.
This is the second time I’ve been with PJ on their “birthday.” They acknowledged it before, but not like tonight, singing happy birthday, the champagne, all great fun.
34 song set and I'm seeing a lot of "decent", "ok", "not bad". What has this band done to us?
I agree, people are absolutely insane. Philly 2 was phenomenal and the crowd was much better, too. I'm not sure what everyone else was watching, it was one of the best set lists PJ has ever played. They killed it.
I love Philly 1 and I loved Philly 2 more. I was in Section 115, Row 1 on both nights. I got some pretty legit pictures. Good memories. People who are meh on this show are simply asking too much. I am not sure what the band could do if people weren't happy about Philly 2.
Yeah I was disappointed by that too. It was also a little bittersweet that I won the lottery (2nd row) but with the GA section in front of me, it wasn't nearly as special as it would have been had I won the lottery in previous years. Oh well.

Yes, the sides. They start first with the sides and go back as far as the back of the GA pit (or so I've read) and then start filling in the floor seats.
