    So I guess since it's through Universal, that means no matter where you got it from you can email? I got it from a local record store. Seems like we would need some sort of proof of purchase other than an email saying ours is bad.

    For the collectors out there that wanted to keep their's sealed, what are you doing? Do you open it to see if it is flawed or do you keep it sealed and risk it being defective years from now with possibly opening it later or giving it to another collector for them to open?
