    Still nothing here in Chicago. Below is the trek it's on. Yeah, that's right they probably drove through Chicago on their way to Des Moines from Ohio. Not to mention it was in Ohio, then Pennsylvania, then back to Ohio. BTW, I ordered the CD from the Ten Club the same day and got it the Friday before release.

    Spokane, WA - still haven't received mine yet... currently it is in Federal Way, WA which means that after its travels up and down the west coast it has gone a net distance of about 7 miles. Scheduled delivery is now 10/25 which, if true, would be 11 days shipping to get from one side of WA to the other.

    No vinyl in Portland, OR yet. UPS tracking says it is projected to arrive yesterday. Tracking has it shipping from Auburn, past Portland, to LA and Phoenix... :?:

    And inner sleeves in tact. Vinyl perfect condition and a brilliant red! It's beautiful!!!

    Mine arrived in Columbus, OH today. Packaging in perfect condition, sleeves in perfect condition, vinyl not so much. Getaway pops and skips. The first few tracks on the second side are garbage. Random pops and skips thru out. I want my 2 copies replaced.

    On a positive note, I like the packaging for the LP.

    I wouldn't mind if you quoted my whole post.

    The essence of it was that folks with inferior produced albums are feeling lucky for theirs not being in "as bad shape" as others, when in fact they should expect a brand new, clean, great sounding copy.

    A skip or a warp is one thing...but a pop or click is the norm. I could see myself buying a winter jacket with a frayed string.

    I do see where you're coming from. And a pop or a tick is not going to make anyone send an album back for a refund. But the issues reported are far more widespread and much more serious than that.

    On a side note, I'm more apt to pass a couple pops or clicks on a $12 or $15 vinyl. But seriously, at $30-$35...people pay for superior masterings and audiophile pressings.

    Update...it's back to Federal Way, WA. The journey of my vinyl...Auburn, WA->LA->Phoenix->Federal Way, WA thus far. Boomerang!

    My package has been stuck in Auburn, WA since Tuesday, 10/15/2013. I should have received it on Monday the 21st. I live in Havertown, PA. This is really ridiculous.
