this was the first PJ philly show I missed since 1998 due to taking a job out west, and am truly sad for it - glad to see the crowd kept the band on their best behavior though, from the looks of it  :D

    AMAZING!

Section 116 Stone side right next to the stage. The energy was approaching the 2009 Spectrum shows level throughout, despite being in a less intimate arena. Hearing mother was an insane surprise and Eddie sang it beautifully. 34 songs, almost 3 hours, and the band was in top form all night. Can't wait to see how they try to top it tomorrow!

I was in 116 too! Row 13 right on the aisle.

If you were on the 115/116 aisle, you were literally right in front of me. My friend and I sat in 116 row 14 seats 1-2.

Then yes I was right in front of you. I was the guy wearing the Rolling Stones shirt.

I was in section 103 with my sister through 10 Club seats...honestly the seats were much better than I thought they'd be since my number is so bad.

I think out of all the shows I've been to, this crowd was the best. :D

Fantastic show, wasn't thrilled with floor seats but actually had a pretty good view. My feet are killing from standing on my toes a lot but well worth it. New stuff was excellent and well received by the crowd, in true Philly fashion.

Surprise highlight for me, 1/2 full, love that. Already losing my voice, so by tomorrow I'm screwed.

    Love this fucking band!!!

When they played Long Road as the 2nd song, it was hard not to believe that we were in for another great show.
  • After 15 shows, I finally hear Man of The Hour. That song gives me chills.

    Brooklyn 2 > Philly 1 > Brooklyn 1

I had AMAZING Seats. sec 124 row 6  I was soooo close to Mike. 8-)

    Song highlights/tidbits:

Low Light - Love this song.
Brain Of J - FIRST TIME I HEARD THIS!
    Animal - Always a favorite
Pilate - :o Loved every second
Even Flow - face melted mccready solo
I Got Shit 8-) Another favorite
Lukin - Called this like 3 seconds before Eddie introduced 'another slow song'
Let The Records Play/Spin The Black Circle - LOVE this combo, thought they were gonna play them back to back in Brooklyn, but here works just as well.
    Rearviewmirror - 8-)
Off He Goes - one of my favorites.
    Given To Fly - ENERGY
1/2 Full - McCready pointed at me!
Leash -  <--- Me and the guy next to me
Alive - Played so often now that instead of watching the band, i watch the crowd. It's really amazing how this song can united 18,000 people and bring everyone such joy to hear. Turn around next time they play it live with the house lights on.
    Sonic Reducer - fuck. yes.
Indifference - I danced a slow dance like I have never danced before

Waking up for work tomorrow(today) in 5.5 hours. :x

A cool moment: I think during 1/2 full. Mike was on the speakers infront of the stage. The person that had the very leftmost spot on the rail had a sign, reached over and mike grabbed her(?) hand in between playing. It took a second for her to actually realize what happened, but then she went crazy excited. That was awesome to see. :)

16th show and got Long Road and Pilate for the first time. Loved hearing Mother and Crazy Mary has always been a live favorite of mine. 10C seats in 113 row 9 were great. Wishing I could have swung another night away for the show tomorrow.
Would have loved to hear Getaway but I guess they are saving that.
Anyone know if there will be bootlegs this year?

The boys kicked f*cking ass tonight!!! Wow what a show! The crowd was intense too! Awesome experience!!!
  • Wow what a great show, 3 hours long, one of the better ones i have been too. I was in GA on the rail on Stone side.

Highlights: Long Road, Pilate, Sirens, Man of the hour, Off He Goes, Mother (amazing from start to finish, I Believes in Miracles, Porch (Ed swinging from the light made it awesome).

No complaints really, besides a few drunk idiots. Also i dont know if anyone noticed, but PJ have really upped there security for this tour.

Also Just Breathe was on the setlist but crossed off. Round 2 tomorrow!

  • This was the best night of my entire existence. Eddie wished my boyfriend (Jake, the tall guy on the rail) a happy birthday and showered him with cool shit. He even held my hands and gave me a few pics. If anyone has any photos or videos of him saying happy birthday or bringing him wine/pics pm me please! More in depth review to come when I can function. Thank you Pearl Jam + all who make this happen :)

Yes! I thought the crowd was the best out of all the shows I've been to, and those include Wrigley and both Brooklyn shows.
