I haven't listened intently, but from what you're all saying, it sounds like it's probably "truth" and EV just isn't pronunciating very clearly, as he is apt to do.

Now I'm confused. Heard the album version today (which I don't like as much) and it totally sounds like he says "too" but on the official video its definitely "true" Oh well, keeping us on our toes I guess
