Lukin kicks his ass too, I'd think, but it's much shorter... I wonder if he's got a new vox trainer now that he's rocking so hard on the new album, Lightenin ' Bolt-- seems like the Fugazi/Rollins/punk influences are back in this one... SO love Misbehave... BIG time fave now, AND REALLY digging the tabs folks are putting up on the site already. NO doubt in my mind he has to have something to help heal the chops between shows now. (We're the same age, I sing some heavy stuff, and got told by robert plant.... she says namedroppin'... a great vocal coach saves a year of surgery and worse.)
then again, surfin does give him the ability to gargle salt water.... :corn: LUKIN forward to seeing what will bring leash back..(see what I did there, punography... groan at will)
When I hear music, I fear no danger. I am invulnerable. I see no foe. I am related to the earliest times, and to the latest.

His voice was SHOT by the end of the South America dates earlier this year. He sounded good at the London and Chicago shows though from what I've heard from them. I hope he's taking some measures to manage his voice/health (e.g. I wish, for my own selfish reasons, that he would quit smoking). He sings stuff that must've been hard to sing when he was in his 20s. Nearing 50, I can't even imagine. Roger Daltrey still belts some tough shit out. I don't know how he does it. Chris Cornell too (they played Beyond the Wheel when I saw them this year!).
