Well, this probably means they're looking to hit some late night spots to kick of the new album/tour promotion as well instead of trying to squeeze it in during the tour.
That is, of course, if there is any truth to this wild rumor. :corn:
they gotta limit the tickets ot 10clubbers with nyc zip codes only
and NJ too! Which I think they did for the Letterman Web thingy....one of the best times of my life...thank you 10c!
It was New York STATE and the State of New Jersey.
I approve that!!

i didnt have an nyc zip code in 06, i had to wait on line for 30 hours to get into that show
30 hours well fucking spent
Ugh I had to hear about it from some record store doushe in the east village.... PHYSICALLY PAINFUL TO THIS DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what made it worse is i've been to that venue so many times i couldn't count if i wanted to. It's like ... i dunno hard to explain. I've been there more than I went to CBGB's, if that makes any sense to anyone.
I just checked the setlist for that show. They played MOTH and Gone...
I will admit though I think maybe nyc zip codes only may be a bit harsh. I would say tri -state area, because how many people commute into the city from NJ, LI, CT, Upstate, etc? If they're already gonna be here anyway I see no reason to shut them out of the lotto.
But in my own selfish self-interest, yes, NYC zip codes only

I figured tons of people would be waiting from the weekend on and I didn't want to do that. I went on the board Sunday night and read that not many people were there yet. I decided to get up very early, take a train to NYC, and get in line. I got in line by 6:30 am, met some great folks from the 10 Club (Posse 186) and got my Irving Plaza ticket a little after midnight. Hours well spent indeed!
You see me empty, Sir, do not pause and inquire, simply assume and refill.

If this is true, I'd bus home from school for a day no question!

Seems like a strange thing to announce days after your fan base have killed themselves getting tickets to gigs and spent a fortune on flights etc and have probably used up their holidays and cash on the tour!
they gotta limit the tickets ot 10clubbers with nyc zip codes only
I think people called for this with the regular tour as well, which I suppose is unfair in some aspects as many people like to travel to see this band.

If true, it would be nice to know about this before I put in for Worcester 2 tickets. I'm not complaining, just trying to juggle PJ shows and kid stuff (college application season!).
