    Well I guess I will be slogging it out with the other "Johns" dealing with ticketmaster and the true whore ticket resale companies. I know a guy who owns one. I think he will blow the profits from my sale on the NRA or support of Japanese whaling. Sleep well Ten Club and Mr. Vedder.... Sleep well. :?

    I am SO glad I got my 4 tix (2 memberships) to reserved seating.
    Will need two more, I am bringing a group of 6 to this - it is just a 18 hours flight! ;) piece of cake!

    sports, music, arts... where would I want to look for attractions that could convince me to arrive earlier than planed, maybe?

    Ok, I'm down for a preshow meet-up. I'm voting for Common table because of beer and relative proximity. Not walk-able either so it may not be as crazy.

    Will Wishlist be doing a pre-party fundraiser?

    As for places within close walking distance, best bets for being open early (lunch and afternoon) are gonna be HOB, Dick's Last Resort, Hooter's, Hard Rock Cafe. I'd say HOB restaurant/bar is best option out of what is available. They have some outdoor seating and nice indoor bar...plenty of room

    I plan to pick up 10c tickets the minute they are avail (3pm???) and then that'll be my groups plan. (unless I luck out and get some GA tickets somehow then I'll be in the queue for a decent spot)

    Try guidelive.com. There's a museum of art downtown and also a science museum just north of downtown if you are interested in museums.

    I am hoping to scoop up tickets for Dallas and OKC during the Ticketmaster onsale Saturday. Anyone think it will be a challenge to grab them before they are gone? I will be coming in from KC with 3 others.

    To help out with Ticketmaster, have one person on their site and another on the telephone with them, I've had fair luck with that strategy.

    I don't think Dallas or OKC will completely sell out immediately. Getting GOOD tickets however will be challenging.
