I am quite certain this is intentional on the part of Koplik/promoters. If Hartford show was a Wednesday, the masses from NYC and Boston would be less inclined to invade insurance city. By puttng the show on a weekend, they know they'll draw from both those cities and sell the show out with no issues.

Thanks! I am so bummed about this. I did get Reserve seats for Philly 2 so I am in a better situation than the people who lost completely. However, that was my 9th choice and my 5th show choice (behind the 4 above).

Eventually I realize I will have to settle for TM seats but I figured I would give it a shot

I may be looking to trade my extra reserved for a Brooklyn ticket. 175XXX, should be a decent seat. Depends on my luck with TM.
Hopefully there will be a 10c presale which worked well for me in 2010.

You guys have fun at Hartford. I REALLY wanted to go as I was listening to the 2010 Hartford boot last week and it was a fantastic show. However since it was my 5th & 6th choice (The whole Brooklyn thing kind of screwed me out of these tickets I think) I wasn't able to score. I'm not going to complain about it though, since I got my 1st choice (Bklyn 1 GA) and my ticket buddy somehow won Seattle seats (I really didn't think that was gonna happen) I am still very very lucky and I hope PJ rocks the roof off the XL center for all you lucky ones! (hail, hail)

Get tix thru TM next Saturday.

I was going to, but the friend that was going to go with me (and drive us both home that night) didn't want to do TM seats. So I would be stranded in Hartford until 5:20am Saturday morning.

Also, don't mention "roof off" and "XL Center" in the same sentence. It's happened before.

Hey all! Going to be heading to Hartford again this tour. I went for the first time in 2010 and loved it. Only thing is my buddy and I wished we had gotten a hotel. Plan on staying the night this time for sure!

What are some recommendations? I did a search of the thread but all I see is the Holiday Inn Express, because it's within walking distance, and apparently is also near the Black Bear Saloon? Is that where everyone is gonna be?

Any other options or intel would be awesome. See you in 3 months!

Someone emailed the 10club about this and posted in another thread. Best # starts at wings and works back. Makes sense. Who knows how GA will shake things up, but hoping I get wing seats too!
