While it is a quite weak opener it did open Grand Rapids 06 which is considered one of the best shows of the 06 tour, so it does not mean the show won't be great, it just means your opener isn't as great is it could have been.[/quote][/quote]

I Like elderly women as an opener, it sets a great tone with the crowd right from the start plus it eliminates any chance that it takes up Encore Slot... Its a fun 3 minute song, doesnt matter how many times youve seen it

I'm hoping for an acoustic set to open things up, about an hour long, short break with a long electric set. Hopefully near 35 to 40 songs, similar to Mansfield, MA #3 in 2003 and Gorge 2005.

Man, I would love this. Unfortunately, I just think one of the London or Wriglet shows will get it and I think it's more likely London will get it due to a smaller, more intimate venue. Wrigley more likely just to get one of those rocking marathon shows. But an acoustic set with the sun going down over Wrigley sounds nice, yeah? Then a long electric to do the place justice, yeah?

Can't fucking wait for this show and I can't believe we're closing on one week. Let's do da damn thing!

The show will be great no matter what, I'm just going to have a great time with my buddy. I'm not attending any more PJ shows this year, so hopefully this is one that will never be lived down.

I want a bootleg of the Wrigley show, my buddy said the last show he went to was great, but he could barely remember it. He went to the East Troy show in 2000, the show in which it was 26 degrees F outside

I'm probably in the minority, but I'd rather not have an acoustic set at Wrigley. I'd much rather have them open with something fast and then just play for 3+ hours.

+1 I'd like to start hard and fast! Ideally, it'd be great if they mixed it up throughout the show. Throw in a couple of slow, "lose yourself in the experience" type songs but keep it fired up until we can't feel our legs anymore! Open with Porch and we'll tear the shit out of that pit! That'll set the tone for the evening.

I dunno, I think there's a high probability of a singalong/acoustic portion of the show... including:
- Elderly Woman
- Someday We'll Go All the Way (Cubs song)
- Betterman (Lullaby version?)
