Granted, I dont know the details of the MJ case, but I know a guy who was once accused of something similar, and most believed he was innocent. I sure did. But his life is/was ruined because of the mere suggestion.

I guess my point is, I think MJ is a fuck up and did many questionable things, but I'd never use that phrase unless I saw hard evidence, and it was a slam dunk.

It's not a slam dunk there was intimate contact between him and the boys he had in his bed. Certainly this situation by itself is enough to warrant strong suspicion. However... I am referring to the collection of child pornography in his home. This, in itself, would strongly suggest he is a pedophile whether acting out on his preference or not.

If this was about a strange man trying to reconnect with a lost childhood... he would have Where the Wild Things Are and Hop on Pop lying around for literature: not multiple books featuring naked children. For that matter... why not a sleepover with bunk beds? I mean... for gawds sakes... look at what we are talking about here. A grown man sleeping with someone else's child in his bed. Just a little obscene, eh?

A dash of common sense needs to be thrown into the equation here. Where there is smoke- and there is a lot of it- there is usually fire. Nobody is out of line suggesting MJ was a pedophile. People might be wrong, but I'm not inclined to believe they are.
