The first accusers father sued MJ, when MJ released his first album post trial. He demanded 60 million and wanted to make his own album, titled EVANStory. MJ's album of course was called HIStory.

He claimed it was a breach of confidentiality. Anyone who has listened to the album knows MJ was railing against his mistreatment and the trial. But nothing in the album mentions the accuser, his parents, or details about the case. In fact MJ's most angry song, maybe ever, DS, is an attack on the prosecutor, and never mentions the child or the parents.

And the sad thing is, George Harrison was particularly bothered by these events and he couldn't reverse what happened either- and now he's gone. Sad.

The majority of that stuff was thrown out. And never presented at trial. The prosecution obviously felt it wasnt an issue. The main book presented at trial with the inscription in it, was proven to have been a gift from a friend.

This is as the affidavit says-circumstantial evidence.

Im sorry but just because someone has books and magazines, that means nothing in terms of their actual committing of a crime. People own some wierd and strange books. Im sure you do too. But lets be clear just because someone has a book on Ted Bundy and they are accused of a crime, doesnt mean they are a serial killer.

Either the abuse happened or it didnt. But one thing is for sure, Janet Arvizo is crazy. And hallucinated and made up a whole slew of scenarios and told those under oath. Hot air balloons, held captive, MJ at neverland at times when he wasnt, these things never happened.

Leno, Tucker and Lopez all tesitified the Arvizo's tried to steal money or demanded money from them. Not sure why anyone would think the MJ situation was any different.

Read about the Arvizos and Evan Chandler. We have Janet Arvizo a proven liar and slanderer who makes up claims about sexual assault to get money. And Evan Chandler who vows to take MJ down so he can pay off his child support payments.

Anyone who takes a claim made while given Truth Serum as truth is out of their minds.

Again, Leno, Lopez and Tucker all claim the Arvizos did the same thing to them.

So the Arvizos met MJ and somehow they were "oh he's one of the most wealthy men on the planet, but, yeah we will treat him fairly, and not try to exploit or extort him like we did with those other 3 celebrities"?

only one of those books contained explicit imagery. Wade Robeson the guy who has now changed his mind, who in 2005 said MJ never did anything, now says he was abused. But anyways in 2005 Robeson said the main book presented at trial was not explicit, nor was it illicit.

Janet Arvizo consulted with a lawyer in Jan 2000, about suing MJ for molesting her son. This was months before MJ had met either the mom or the son.

I wonder what all you guys would do if a band member from your favorite band was accused of something like this. Then we see why Jackson's fans support him and don't believe it. I know something freaked the hell out of Lisa Marie Presley and she wrote a great song about it. I always thought of Michael as being childlike even to the end.
But I agree he was never found guilty of crap, his kids are here to take all this shit though
so for them alone I'd say lay off. He's gone. What is the purpose? And those who have kids know kids break easy when it comes to talking shit about their parents... your mama crap.
Great point too about the parents who took money, parents want justice for an abused child unless they were only after money to begin with.
