    I think the hottest days I can remember in 06 were New Years day (didn't leave the pool for 6 hours) and the day of the Newcastle show

    truely?? i dont remember newcastle being hot at all.

    the hotest it gets here in summer is around 39 - 42 - with no coastal breeze mind you - and i love it :D

    winter - i bloody hate winter. we had the hugest frost this morning here.
