    just make sure you remember the 20% rule.

    Well it's not quite 20%. But. The potential there is sky high. I might not be making that much more off the bat, but in a year...who knows. And I have no room to go up here. There - they're actually concerned about your career path and do what they can to move you up through the ranks. Most of the people there have been working there for 10, 20 years or more. Nobody leaves ever. Sells the company right there!
