    there has to be more - he used Stay Tuned and he is a huge fan - hopefully a surprise later in the day

    We are a jaded lot aren't we? Ive heard a lot of these demos before, but hey..its still pretty cool when ANYTHING new is unearthed. Anyway, I'm not one to rock the boat...so if you aren't happy with the news..suck it! ;) Kidding..kidding...yeesh.

    Anyway...I wish the boys would polish up Believe You Me and add it to the roster! A little Ament bass and McCready riff in there and we got ourselves a new staple.

    I was thinking the same for "Homeless". It's got a No Code/Yield/Riot Act Vibe to it. Thicken it up with the band it would be unreal.

    Homeless has always been one of those dream "OTOTO songs" the band could rehearse and play at a random show...

    ...or perhaps re-record together and put on a christmas single ;)

    I think it's funny how worked up a lot of people around here get based on a random tweet.
    Here's what's happening. The band will release a record In June go on a small tour in the fall.
    The record will compare to Backspacer as there is no gas left in the tank, the last 2 records say it all.
    I hope I'm wrong, but lets face it they are a band really in name only these days, they have turned into a full on corporation and only concerned with the all mighty dollar. In the last few years they really are playing festivals and prime east coast locations. As soon as Boom showed up the music changed big time. Rule number 1 should be no keyboards or organs in pearl jam. Beat it Boom

    I miss the angry band of the mid '90's. also Matt Cameron should go back to soundgarden full time, he drums too fast and has changed so many songs, many for the worse. Jack Irons can you hear me, call Ed and tell him you want to play drums again. Dave A is first choice but obviously he ain't an option.

    I am a massive fan of this band, the music and what they stand for. Will listen till the day I die, and Lukin was my wedding song.
