    nope, drat.

    anyone know why avatars don't work? I changed it, tried using other PCs...nothing!

    Mine's not worked for months now, iv'e given up trying to get it to show

    Hi-

    I had the same problem for months...tried a few things and just got my avatar updated and displaying.

    I did about a million things to get it to work so I can't remember the exact steps but basically did the following:

    logged out of pj account

    closed firefox browser (had used google chrome to update avatar but changes never took)

    open firefox/browser

    sign into PJ account

    My Account -> Account Info -> Profile -> select jpg file -> upload image -> then clicked on the 'To update your forum profile, please click here'

    log out of PJ account

    close browser

    open browser and sign into PJ Account

    posted on the forum and the updated avatar displayed

    It seems to be a browser issue. I logged on this morning through Google Chrome and my avatar was not updated. Logged in through Firefox and my avatar is updated.

    It would be nice if the people who run this for pearl jam would fix this for us!

    if you read, it didn't work and many other people are having the same issue. Really needs to be fixed for the paying fan club members...

    It didn't. I'm forever a puppet. I even deleted my Browser's Cookies. It shouldn't bee this difficult.

    Didnt I edit pics for you to update? Still cant change it?
    One more try: Go to your account and add the new pic that u want- upload the image there.
    Log out of PJ forums
    Go to history settings and clear all cookies/cache/
    Restart your Computer
    Log back into PJ forums
    The new avatar should be there!

    What are the dimensions of your new avatar. Make sure they are even numbered, no larger than 150 x 150
