I really should have studied a proper seating chart of the QE before I bought my ticket. The charts they have at TM are woefully inadequate. I initially got a left dress circle seat ... hemmed, hawed, etc. Opened a new window and got an Orchestra seat to the left in row 20. I thought the seat numbers went the other way around, so I got that one instead of the DC seat. Upon further inspection, these are loafers - Uhh, I mean, this orchestra seat is as far left as you can get. This may prove to be really a awesome view, or a crappy one. I've only been in the QE once before, and that was about 4 rows from the back in the balcony so my frame of reference is pretty poor.
That said, I am safely in the door and need not worry about Friday.0 -
Tired, tired, TIRED of no shows in the South. It's just getting fucking old.We are the facilitators of our own creative evolution.--Bill Hicks0

that was really awesome their website says 'fan club pre-sale tickets are only available in the shop' and the tickets never appeared.
Then I read (on the forum of course) that we had to go to the Paramount's website...which crashed.
Congrats to everybody who got tix.The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

They've put out more Vancouver tickets. First some 30's in the mezzanine. then some 30's in the orchestra, now I pulled up row 9 in the orchestra in the left centre section. That's more like it
now I have to sell my balcony tix....0 -
In for Portland at the Schnitz...took 15 minutes of refreshing then went right through...ways back though (Orch A, row Z). Whoever said there probably weren't many tickets for the presale is right--resale sites had a ton of tickets up BEFORE the presale (I imagine they were venue season ticket holders?), and they looked pretty front-heavy. Ah well, in the door!0

Well that was exciting... at first I got left centre orchestra row 11... sorry, server cannot be reached at this time. Try again.... I tried again and again until I timed out. Fuck. Start over. I get some crappy seat in the dress circle. Okay. Server can't be reached. Timed out. Start over. I get row 20 centre orchestra - sweet! Getting better again! Same error. Timed out.
Let's try this again. I get row SIX, right (or is it left?) Centre orchestra, and it worked!!!! I never thought I'd be glad Ticketmaster sucks, but right now I am! Row 6!!!
I was just buying a single. I imagine that had something to do with the seat selection fortune 45 minutes into the sale. Pretty stoked!!

I saw that ticket info on the SG website too. But already knew the sale was through TM - I thought it was pretty shitty to have that info posted when it's not the case. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -

I'm pulling up tickets that are a bit better than the one I got. Same row (20) but in LC rather than L. I'm not going to buy another one, though, given the issues I'm having selling a single ticket to The Boss (going to make an eBay listing today), and I need to keep space on my Visa for some new, badly needed winter tires, "fuck you" headlights, and wiper blades.
I took a look at the 360˚ panorama of the QE, and it seems like I'll have a pretty good view. Also, being in an aisle seat means a bit of extra room for rocking out. Given the length of my hair, this can be essential. :P0 -

Got 3 scattered single seats for Boston, all in the orchestra. I'm pretty excited, as this will be my first time seeing them.0

Philly was a pain. I could only get 1 balcony ticket at exactly 10am when the sale started. I'll be searching for another on eBay I suppose."All I Ever Knew" available now in print and digital formats at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and iBooks.0

I got real lucky and scored a pair of center orchestra seats for Boston - not as good as the 10th row I got through Soundgardenworld when they played the comcast center in 2011 - I can't stand dealing with ticketmaster.Mansfield 06.28.2008 | Boston 05.17.2010 | Boston 06.19.2011 EV solo | Wrigley Field 07.19.2013 | Worcester 10.15.2013 | Worcester 10.16.2013 | Hartford 10.25.2013
