    Oh there's been referendums that were just a HUGE waste of money, coz they came back saying we don't want it and they turned around and pretty much said bad luck :mad:

    yeah, we're good. it's been a bit hot here the last few days so she's been a bit unsettled, but i guess it's only gonna get hotter.

    awwww. poor little luv :o 2 of our kids were Summer bubs and they do feel it a bit and young bubs will usually get heat rash too :( Just keep her in a nappy and singlet when it's hot - a singlet is actually better than nothing - it keeps them cooler.
    Have to say, it sounds like you've got yourself a very good little girl there :)

    I've flown with VirginBlue from Perth to Sydney. I'm just looking now... seems like they're pretty much at the same level with Qantas. As far as I'm aware, those 2 are your only direct options.

    For hotels advice, I always just check out tripadvisor.com. All depends on what you're looking for from a hotel, really.

    I don't know about over here?? It's been quite hot here the last few days (I actually got sunburnt yesterday!) then about half an hour ago....it suddenly went black and started pissing down :confused: It's cold now too. I swear it went from Hot, sunny blue sky to black, cold and wet in about 60 seconds!

    Hey Hinny :) Thanks for that...I'll have a look on tripadvisor later (just waiting to hear back from Sam first).
    As far as flights....long story, but to cut it short (and probably make no sense ;) ) Glenn might not need his flights that I've booked and paid for already, for the Meet Up, so am going to get them transferred to my flights for Sydney (they're with VB).

    Thanks heaps again for your help. I'm a nuisance with all of this - I just don't have any idea and would hate to go ahead and just book something and then someone say I'd done the wrong thing? :o
