    only thing i can come up with. was fine friday, mowed the yard yesterday...started aching yesterday afternoon.

    Hey, all kidding aside, sorry to hear about the wrist. When I lived in Washington my arthritis got so bad I could hardly open a door. Warmer climate, glucosamine sulfate and occasional ibuprofen have helped a lot.

    no worries...i'll drop 4 advils tommorrow and it'll be fine. one of the tendons flared up. i'd do the advil now, but it doesn't mix well with booze. :lol:

    Getting older has some downsides. The hangovers hurt worse.

    A short while back I sneezed really hard (it completely bent me over) and pulled a muscle in my back. The first time I explained to a friend that I was having a hard time getting around because I threw my back out sneezing, it dawned on me that I was no longer a young man.

    Oh boy!

    Was out last night and tired today. Who would have thought cooking a nice roast for dinner and puttering around home would be exactly what I want to do today.
