    Leaving the safety of the office is always tricky in these cases, I know from experience :D

    I was walking home last night listening to the new Pearl Jam album, and it occured to me that this is their best album. I used to think that Yield was the best album, followed by Ten, but I now think it's their new one, then Ten, then Yield, then vs, Vitalogy, No code, - all three of which I rate equal amongst PJ albums - Riot Act, Binaural.

    Just a thought. :cool:

    Yeah? I think my fav album very much depends on the mood I'm in. Kinda hard to choose between Vs, Yield and Pearl Jam as my overall fav though :)

    I think Ten will always be my favourite PJ album. I love every second of it....it starts brilliantly and never lets up. I think it's also my favourite because of course, it was how i discovered the band all those years ago and at 16, the kind of music you like then really stays with you as for me, at that age i was really just getting into music. Probably why I'll always regard Blood Sugar Sex Magic as the best Chili's album.

    I do think that the new album is the best PJ album in the last 10 years though so it goes:

    Ten, Vs, No Code (which used to be my least favourite until a couple of years go), Vitalogy, PJ, Yield, Riot Act, Binaural
    A democracy on paper, apparently well ordered, regularly subverted by irrational chaos.

    sorry , I had to take a Breastfeeding call , a mum with a prem baby :( , hope they will be ok.

    i just watched Xmen 1 with my lil fella, i had only seen 2 so that all makes more sense now. need to go and cook dinner before the kids kill each other they sound hungry !!

    Hey have you guys heard anything about this cover band "Australian Pearl Jam" playing on August 19 in Galway and August 26 in Carlow. I looked them up on an Ireland map and they look a long ways away from Dublin. Was wondering if anyone was going and if anyone has heard if they are any good.
