    i went with a tuna steak, and the woman opted for filet-o-beef-steak....

    couple of cajun shrimp skewers on the side along with sweet corn for me, tater for her....

    brownie for dessert...

    So I have never been a big fan of BBQ Ribs...
    They are just too damn messy...

    But today Kathy wanted something different...
    So we made some Baby Backs....

    I must say...
    They were DELICIOUS!!!!!
    Take me piece by piece.....
    Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....

    I hear ya, Speedy. Not a big fan of them either. Nice change of pace every once in a while though!
