Why should it be a members only sale? All other artists have sold their S/N out of 200 etc to the free world. I think the 10c is simply doing this artist a favor with web store access etc.

Wouldn't have thought so. This is just Sean Clivers AP sale - he doesn't have his own site. Everytime he has done a PJ poster, the AP versions get sold via 10c.

I traveled from NJ for the Berlin shows. I normally don't care about about AP editions (and this poster isn't going to make my wall), but what the hey, I already spent a few grand to see them, what's $70 more plus shipping! The Berlin 2 poster on the other hand is one of my favorites.
