    Has anyone thought about a place to meet up and get a big fan base lunch or drinks? or both ;)

    and is anyone going down on friday? im traveling from Charlotte, NC and plan on getting there around noon, but not head into the show until later. only really interested in seeing Avett and Foo on friday as of now.

    I'll be arriving to ATL from Chile on friday morning, then heading to NY on sunday noon. I'd like to do some sightseeing, :D

    props for coming all the way to see the festival. i almost went to the Sweden show this year. a good friend of mine lives there so it would have been a great trip. all was good, but the day i would be coming home after the show i have 2nd row tix to roger waters, and i dont want to miss that at all.

    Is there a way to just buy tickets for both days of Atlanta? I was looking at the website and it seems like you have to buy day 1 and day 2 individually?
    Its the same every day and the wave won't break

    I may try and go to this show... Do they usually do a full set like they would at a regular tour stop for a festival like this? Or is it shorter?

    Who knows with festivals. They'll play for at least two hours. They have to please the masses so we'll hear a lot of hits, but you know Ed, he'll throw in some rare ones too.

    It's really anyone's guess. All depends on the festival policy and contract.

    lolla 07 they played a little short of 2 hours I think...
    But Bonnaroo 08 went closer to 3. :)

    Ticketmaster says there are currently no tix on sale to the festival :? . Anyone else getting that message? I've been dragging my feet on buying a ticket and am hoping they're not sold out.
