    I confirmed with myself that Pearl Jam is playing Adams-Ricci park in East Pennsborro PA Sept 29th. We'll be pissing on each others ankles, but with the full moon it should be fun.

    Only bad part is, the pizza sucks in the Harrisburg area but we have a shit load of "Philly Cheesesteak" places.

    Okay, the original poster as well as a few others all heard from different sources that this was happening. I know this didn't make it official, but it still had some credibility. Now 100 pacer is saying it isn't. Is this just what you think, 100 pacer, or do you have a credible source that confirmed this?

    this info was someone else..like i said just a guy i work with who is good friends with a top security guy

    the security guy told him foo fighters were booked but he hadn't heard anything about pearl jam

    thats all i have to offer...obviously the word is out to let me/us know the minute anything happens...

    honestly i don't see it happening...i mean were talking a million freaking people ...it would be too much

    although the pope was there and he will outdraw anyone anyday..so i guess anything is possible

    i wish a fanclub would give us some info on possible plans etc...
    i post on the board of a band that doesn't exsist anymore .......i need my head examined.......

    They did that Hyde Park thing, the biggest Foo show. Maybe this is them outdoing themselves?

    I bet PJ will not be there.

    Both bands were in early discussions to do a summer tour together, which is what fueled the rumors/whispers, but nothing ever came of it.

    Was the discussions with PJ and the Foos or the Foos and Soundgarden? I have a very credible source in the promoter business that I spoke with in March and he that indicated the Foos and SG tried to work something out late summer/early fall and could not make it and that PJ would be play a few US festival shows and maybe a small US tour with cities TBD depending on routing and venue availability and what Soundgarden ended up doing. This guy was spot on with the festival info and called lat year's tour as well.
